Andrew and Becca are both extremely knowledgeable, dynamic and approachable teachers, as well as the being the yin & yang to each other. Together, they have developed a comprehensive, intelligent and inspiring training that will be delivered in a playful and fully supportive environment. 

Did you know there is a system to teaching? A solid foundation that allows a teacher to create a transformative experience for a yoga student. In this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will learn the following:

• Teach a 1 hour to 75-minute Vinyasa Yoga class with confidence.
• Incorporate the philosophy of yoga through the use of breath and movement
• Synchronize movements with purpose
• Understand the energy and skillfully incorporate music in your classes
• Empower your students and support them
• Find your confidence as a student/teacher as it relates to standing in your power
• Understand the anatomy of your students
• Curate an experience for your students that goes beyond the movements
• Dive deeper into your own understanding of the practice and how it speaks to you

This training is designed for anyone interested in teaching or deepening their understanding of the practice. It's also ideal for current teachers and those looking to expand their knowledge.

Weekend One: March 13-16
Weekend Two: March 21-23
Weekend Three: April 4-6
Weekend Four: April 11-13
Weekend Five: April 25-27
Weekend Six: May 1-4
Retreat Weekend: May 16-18 

Thursdays 5:30pm-8:30pm (weekends One & Six only)

Fridays 5:00pm-8:30pm
Saturdays 10:00am-7:00pm
Sundays 10:00am-7:00pm
